      Jeremiah was our technician. He did a routine check on both of our systems. I was prepared to be told I needed some sort of work/maintenance after his visit. I was pleasantly surprised when he only gave advice and didn’t try to sell me anything. Typically from my experience with other companies they always try to push off extra parts and labor for things that probably didn’t need fixed. I already scheduled my routine cleaning and maintenance with them. I definitely recommend. Ask for Jeremiah! I felt he was very honest and straight to the point/no BS.

      Attempted to add on roughly 800 dollars in expenses while doing a warranty job. Got a second opinion from another company, they found the issue immediately and were able to complete the job minus the 800 dollars in absolutely unnecessary work. Took three attempts to diagnose an issue and continued to send inaccurate diagnoses to the warranty company so they could claim the job was completed. Save yourself some time and money by going elsewhere

      I do apologize that you had this experience. I see that our technician was able to diagnose the following on your unit: Diagnosis: house has two systems. First floor system pumped with nitrogen. Found leak in aluminum coil along with dye and rusting. Previous company added dye sealant. Need authorization to replace coil and primary pan. This diagnosis was preformed on 01/12 and sent to the warranty company in which we were waiting to hear back from the warranty company on whether or not to proceed with repairs. Prior to this we replaced your capacitor on 09/02/21 and offered a service plan to maintain your unit, and at that time you declined the service plan. Between the visit on 09/02/21 and 01/12/22 (end of Oct. / beginning of Nov) another company came and added refrigerant as well as a leak seal. As we do fully understand your frustration, I trust that our technicians did everything in their power to make sure that you had the best diagnosis along with the best service as possible. We strive to go above and beyond for each customer which is why it is so important for us to preform the full 52 point inspection on your unit, as our priority is your comfort. I do feel as if this review is unfair given the time line of events along with our technicians notes. If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out as we value each and every one of our customers. We do express our sincere apology as we strive meet all of our customer needs.       HVAC was broken so they came out to see what was wrong.. They said it was the capacitor and replaced it. Charged me $430 for nothing. HVAC still wouldn’t work so they gave me an estimate to replace the compressor that cost as much as a new HVAC. Ended up getting a new HVAC from another company. Do NOT use this company! $158 to come out and $246 for a capacitor (that you can buy for $15 on Amazon).
