  Very pleased with the company and its staff. From the time of the original quote on replacing our 25 year old heat pump system, to the temporary solution while waiting on the new system to be installed, to the installation …. all interactions with staff members were cordial and professional. A special shout out to Brian Jr and Angel, who spent the entire day here completing the retrofit today. A professional job all around. Advance notice of who was arriving (each time a visit was necessary) was a nice touch, especially including a background on each employee so you knew a bit about them both professionally and personally.

  I was very pleased with their prompt response to my initial call after our AC failed and the quick follow up to provide a temporary repair by Aaron and quote on a new unit by Jim. A new system was installed within the same week by the team of Angel and Brian who did a great job. All the people from M & S that I dealt with were very professional, attended to extra details and were a pleasure to have working at our home.

  Today was an awesome day I thank you for sending such angel's and what a coincidence his name was Angel and also Brian they are both very good at what they do they are a great asset to your company very patient,and kind did not mind me asking questions, and did a great job . After the job was completed they cleaned everything up. They both seem to enjoy what they do and I most definitely will recommend M&S Airconditioning ... Thanks Angel, and Brian for a job well done 🥰
