I called M & M requesting someone look at my AC unit. I received a phone call from their office telling me their process in getting to my home. I then received a text message from their repairmen, Michael, stating he was on the way to my home and said text showed a picture of him so I would know who to expect. He checked out the AC unit and then called me to let me know what he found, the cost of what the repair would be and requested permission to start the work. My AC was fixed on the same day as my call in AND I was thrilled, relieved and quite impressed with the total cost!! Will definitely use M & M again and will suggest them to anyone I know needing heating and/cooling service!

The service technician was introduced by a text so I knew person who will be arriving, which is great security feature. They put on booties which is awesome , they cared about not dragging in outside dirt. They went through all the checks from thermostat and wiring and HVAC unit methodically and effectively to get to the root of the problem. They reviewed information on NEST thermostats and verified that it was a unit issue and fixed it. Very well done. Will be using M&M services for all my AC and heating issues. Our service technicians were awesome, Michael Wood.
