  We bought our house last year and the heating system was not working right. It was either 90 degrees or nothing. I didn’t want to go through that again. I called M&J and the guy came and looked at it. Turned out it was a few part that got burnt out. He replaced the parts right away and now it works perfectly! They were amazing and affordable! Would for sure use them again! Thank you!

  One of the last honest companies, another company don’t want mention names *cough cough* rhymes with mascade, told me my system was too old to fix and they no longer made parts for the older refrigerant and my entire system would have to be replaced. Was recommended m&j and they ordered the parts i was told couldn’t be gotten. Saved me thousands of dollars.

  Where to begin. Last spring, a tech looked at two broken heaters for one of our rentals. He took one of the heaters back to the shop to see about getting parts or a replacement model. He said he would contact us in a couple of days. The week went by, and I called. The receptionist said that he would contact me. Nothing. This scenario repeated over the next month and a half. No response. It is now September. I called just out of curiosity. The receptionist didn’t remember anything about the situation but said she would look into it. Again, no follow up. Amazingly poor service!
