  Had an emergency heater malfunction. Initially denied my request for service because they were backed up. After attempting to fix it myself, I asked them if I could buy a part from them. They said not to touch it and were there the next day to fix it. I recommend

  We hired them to install heat runs in our addition. The heat runs didn't work. We asked them to come back and fix it. They wouldn't. We just hired someone else and now we have heat. Klinger put in too big of a loop and too small of an elbow connection to the registars. Klinger used pex tubing instead of copper like the rest of the house has. We paid over 7,000 for Klingers work.

  These guys are the best in town!! Always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable nomatter how big or little the problem is I've had them install toilets and water heaters, always same day service unless you have a part that's not available.
