  I made a mistake and ran out of fuel. Couldn't get a hold of driver so we had to wait till next day wasn't happy about it we all make mistakes. Nothing against the company just wished when these things happen they could try harder to help the customer

  They do not care about the customer. It is all about making money, which I can understand as a company, but when they make mistake they are not willing to fix that mistake. They expect you to handle the situation yourself no matter what it may cost you, or the fact that the problem was their's to begin with. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, terrible company that will no longer receive my business. ***Edit post response*** I spent an hour on the phone with the main office this morning, with a supervisor, trying to correct this. I was told repeatedly that there is no correcting the issue. No thank you. It is unfortunate because this was my go-to supplier last year, but I will not use again.

  I called and set up an account for residential and they came out the next day. Great service, answered all of my questions, friendly and fast!
