  We recently had our AC stop working randomly in the middle of the summer (80+ degrees all week). Luxury was recommended to us by a neighbor & they were prompt, efficient, & reasonably priced. We are relieved to have our AC back so quickly!

  Don't answer the phone. Don't call back. I actually went to the location and talked with the owner but they never got back to me. They initially installed my HVAC system for the builder so that is why I reached out to them

  Sir, your home was finished in July of 2019. When you stopped in , I told you I would take care of you when we were in the area as you are almost a full year out of warranty being 5/12/21.
