  Highly recommend. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day, but they had and opening and came the same day! Repaired the board on the furnace and did a complete cleaning of the furnace for a very reasonable price. Great company and will be a return customer!

  We woke up this morning to no heat in our house. The temperature was 17 outside, and 57 inside and dropping. My husband called Luxury Heating and they text me with an arrival time of between 8am-noon. Carlos arrived around 8:30am. He was very polite and personable. He explained what the problem was, and fixed it. He even fixed the door on the front that we couldn't get to stay shut. We will highly recommend you to any family/friends that need your services.

  Luxury Heating & Cooling did our New home some 25+ years ago . When we had to replace our Heating & Cooling , who’d we call 📱 Old is Gold !! Why mess with anyone else when we have the very best right here in Lorain County , Ohio 🇺🇸 Thanks Wayne & crew from Luxury Heating , Ohio , for coming out and fixing our damper before the cold weather get’s here 🥶 ❣️ 🥶 Namaste 🙏🏻
