  Pros: - Joe Lund is an honest technician. - Joe arrived within the expected time frame. - Joe was able and willing to help me better understand my HVAC system. - Lower than market service charge. Cons: - Joe needs to set up his voice-mail so that people know that this is a business line and not just some guy's phone. Joe and another tech installed a new furnace in my home after mine went out and I'm a satisfied customer. I will be doing more business with Joe in the future. Thanks!

  I would like to Thank Mr. Paul Lund for the horrific treatment my daughter was given over the phone on June 24, 2013. Mr. Lund was called and asked about getting an estimate on a central air conditioning unit, that stopped working, she proceeded to inquire about his so-called free estimates, and by the way these are only free to customers who are installing new units. That is fine but I think when advertising this should be made clear. Anyway, when my daughter told him where she was located, which happens to be a mobile home park, He has the audacity to ask her how she was intending to pay for it? Mr. Lund was rude and totally out of line. When called back He indicated that He didn't care if a complaint was made to The Better Business Bureau! So, with that said, I will oblige Mr. Lund with an honorable mention to the B.B.B. So, if you are not installing a new unit, or you live in a mobile home don't call Mr. Lund because He will not treat you well!

  The only reason I asked her about payment is that, I am not set up for Electronic Check or Debit card processing.
