  Working Lumberjack HVAC was smooth the whole way through – from my initial phone call through simple online billing. They made an effort to arrange their schedule to get me same-day service. The technician, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, how the system worked, and provided several estimates for possible future service needs. I don’t recall how I came to find this company, but I would certainly call on them again.

  Kyle was great. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave me tips about which filters to use and how to take care of my furnace. Overall it was a positive experience and I’ll definitely be calling them again should I have any other HVAC issues in the future.

  I called Lumberjack at 8am and they were able to come to my house at 1pm. Kyle and Troy were amazing! Very professional, prompt, polite and definitely know their stuff! I can say I will be thanking them for making my family warm tonight. Thank you so much Kyle and Troy.
