After a few little challenges during installation, Lumberjack was entirely helpful at every step of the way, even with the owner coming out to help make sure everything was situated at the end. Great Services. Great Staff. My unit was 15 years outdated. Rooftop install was fast  and they made sure everything was complete. Had two appointments booked with Lumberjack within a week and they didn't show up either time.  Once due to a snow storm, once due to other customers without heat which I guess took priority over our job.  I was told they called, but didn't leave a message.  So after staying home from work during the two hour window I called the company to learn they weren't coming.  Very unprofessional given the texts and emails confirming the appointment the day before.

I have used Lumberjack HVAC in the past and they were exceptional as usual.  Ian, the tech is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing.  Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Lumberjack was great when we had issues with our furnace. Everyone, from Luke answering the phone to Isaac educating us on our issue, were extremely professional and responsive. It's the kind of customer service you hope you get from every experience. I hope we only see them again for tune-ups, but know that we can count on them if something else should arise.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job!  Our AC unit froze over and he came over the same day. He found that the original installer left the owner’s manual in the blower and restricted airflow causing my system to freeze. He also recommended a Reme Halo to purify our air. We love it!  Highly recommend Lumberjack HVAC!

If you are looking for an honest company that will give you great service, great value, and great quality, Lumberjack HVAC is who you want to call.  We called on Friday with a broken a/c. Not only did they manage to fit us in that day, but when we learned we had to replace to the a/c they gave us great options, and I never once felt pressured into a sale. Then they managed to again fit us in the next Monday for a full a/c replacement and furnace replacement, with minimal notice, during a heat wave, in the middle of a pandemic. Mike was very professional the entire time he was working with us, the made sure that everything was installed and working correctly before he left. They are the only company I will trust with my HVAC system from here on out!
