  I live in Lexington, and have a rental cabin in the Red River Gorge area. I was looking for a company closer to my cabin to come out and take a look at an HVAC issue I was having. I performed a search on the web and saw a positive review so called this company and left a message. I received a return phone call in the next couple of hours and we set an appointment date and time. I provided the work job address, but was asked to call back the day I was heading out of Lexington to the cabin to give more specific directions. I called the morning of the appointment and left a message, per request of the owner and proceeded to get on the road ( a 72 mile trip one way) and continued to call. I called 7 times, leaving multiple voice mails and the address. No one ever picked up and no one ever returned my call. I had taken the day off from work to go up and back, as this was an important issue that needed to be diagnosed and resolved as soon as possible. I realized that the phone I was calling was a landline and not a cell phone and that no one was going to answer and or return my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME. I own a small business and if I treated potential guests this way I would be out of business. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY.

  Fixed the situation, but $300 for two hours of their time and replacing a thermostat seems outrageous. I was expecting it to be around $150-$200. I won't call them again. And it was a very un professional experience; no invoice or receipt was written for me. I think I got ripped off!!
