  They said you have to be an existing customer or the pipe needs to burst or they won't come out. Yeah thanks for that. I'm trying to prevent that from happening which is why we called don't waste your time with these people.

  Called for emergency service guy told me if im not an existing customer and my pipes arnt broke. They will not help this was the most unprofessional service I have ever received
