    Definitely on the fence on if I'd uses again. I had booked them to do a Backflow Test on my commercial location. Scheduling was questionable at best. I was told he'd show in 2 weeks with no real date/time mentioned. Called middle of week three and someone did show up. Come to find out there isn't any such mechanism in my building. Plumbing isn't my forte and I was told to get an inspection regardless if mechanism was there. That fiasco ended with tech assuring me he'd file the paperwork required to the proper department(s). This was all done in November. This week not only do I get a notice that the paper wasn't filed and it's assumed I never had the inspection done, but when I reach out to LPH I find the only "paperwork" filed was just a poorly done letter stating there wasn't a Back Flow mechanism. The paper I'd given them to send out had funny little boxes like "Business Name/Location", " Technician Name", ect. Are they good with other services? I imagine so with the 4.6 stars before my add in. Commercial services? I hope I just had a little bad luck.

    Sandra, I am sorry you feel this way. I (the Owner) not just a tech, traveled a long way to test your back flow device that doesn't even exist. Business' in our city are required to have them I am unsure about your cities rules. I did talk to the water company while standing in front of you, about your situation. I also sent the paperwork to the person I was supposed to. As far as the paperwork not being filled out....What was I supposed to fill out when you don't have a device??? This is why the boxes were left empty. Yes, the letter sent on your behalf was generic because there is not much to say other than there is no device on premises to test. Umm , I did everything on my part including sending the letter to the correct people...which I forwarded to you to prove it was sent on time and to whom it was supposed have received it. Did you follow up with the city about if you have to have a device installed??? This would be your part. Giving us a not so good review for going above and beyond for you is not a fair situation. We pride ourselves on customer service and have been in business from many, many years because of this. Since you wrote this review about my company, can you please tell me what I did wrong??

    We needed a new water heater quickly, and it was installed less than 3 hours after I called and spoke with Mark. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.

    Hot water tank was acting up and I called after hours. The first thing the next morning I received a call and they sent Bryan out to look at it. Bryan had my hot water tank working in about a half-hour. Great service!! Will definitely use again.
