  The technician that came to my home was AWESOME. He was diligent and thorough, he answered all of my question and made suggestions without being overbearing or pushy. One of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a repair company. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

  Service were suppose to be repairing the heating unit but instead of repairing the heating unit he used his time telling us how old our system was and how high our heat bill will be. HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GO UNDER THE HOUSE AND TOLD US HOW OLD OUR SYSTEM IS AND THAT ITS RUNNING BUT NOT RUNNING AS IT SHOULD, so I will be calling back about the same problem and I WILL TELL AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AND IM TELLING YOU!!! DO NOT SEND DAMIEN TO OUR HOME AGAIN, A WASTE OF OUR TIME FOR NOTHING!!!!
