Recently had a problem with my Lower central heating system ... or so I thought. I called Lower and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. Repairman found out very quickly through diagnostics it wasn't the heating system -- I had no propane and even went out to my tank to confirm. Fast forward a couple of days after propane was delivered and now the hot water heater is not working. Called propane company and they tell me call plumber. So I call Lower again. Again, someone at my door quickly, less than 30 minutes. Determined nothing wrong with water heater and that the propane company didn't re-light the water heater after doing leak test! So very appreciative to Jennifer, Craig, and Kennedy for quick service & patience with me. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We just bought a house that didn't have a water shut off valve and a leaky washer hook up. Jennifer was very nice and friendly on the phone and got someone over that day to make sure we weren't missing the valve (we weren't) She even called to remind me of the appointment. Kennedy showed up during the scheduled time and got right to work. Will definitely use them again.

I have used this company for many years, and have been satisfied. I have no issue with their work. I had an experience Tuesday that was profoundly upsetting. I had scheduled my winter check up for my heating system, and the technician was due to arrive at 3 pm that afternoon. I phoned the main office and was connected to the scheduling person to request that the technician wear a mask when inside my home. She immediately responded curtly that she would not assure me that this would happen. She said that the technician scheduled for my appointment was vehemently against mask wearing. The company does not require masks (which I have no problem with), and she indicated that she could not ask the technician to wear a mask inside my home since there was no county mask mandate. She also would not guarantee that he would do so if I asked him. I argued with her that I should have the right to ask people whom I do not know to wear a mask inside my home, and that it is usually a short period of 10-15 min. She became more and more argumentative and stated she was not going to discuss it further. She then HUNG UP on me. I did not swear or yell at her, but was trying to make my point. The telephone receptionist did apologize, but I decided to end my relationship with this company. I checked with Blue Dot who has their protocol for community health safety posted on their website. The lady at Blue Dot was so cordial and said that they encourage mask wearing in people's homes, and even though they do not require this, they certainly honor a customer request to wear a mask inside the customer's home. People I have discussed this with cannot believe how I was treated over a simple request to protect myself and my home.
