Lowe's ponca city is a great store but it's haunted. Middle of the day even. Things falling off shelves by themselves, carts taking off. Does anyone remember Cassiopeia's over there on Hubbard? How about the man who got ran over by a lawn mower there? I'm naturally intuitive and I know at least part of what's going on is him. He told me.

Good product availability in store. EXCEPT do not count on item being in store if it lists online that they have it in stock. Several Oklahoma Lowes are guilty of this.

BEWARE: Lowes has contracted out their service/delivery business. We were unaware when we paid cash for a washer and dishwasher that the delivery was only that no service. We had to hire someone to install the washer. They did haul off the old one. Today they delivered the dishwasher......it's still in the box, they refused to haul off the old one. Both the old washer and dishwasher were purchased from Lowes.

Good home improvement store. Plenty of different options for multiple tools and appliances. Nobody bothers you. Always eager to help if you need it.

I used to be in Lowe's alot because we were in construction and could never get help in our local store. We went 35 miles to a different Lowe's and got great service. Both times oi was in this particular store I have been very pleased with the service.

Looked at Ice Boxes but everyone I wanted was either not in the Color or not the Size I wanted . She said there was a Truck coming Friday or Monday I called a Couple of times each day and it hadn't got there yet . Was looking at Dryers and was the same thing . I'll get the Ice Box at a later date but it will be getting to cold to Line Dry my stuff so I'll have to get a Dryer  soon . The young lady was Great Help !! When I showed her what I wanted she looked in her phone too see if your had one in my Color and went into the back room and checked it !!

I can live inside of Lowes.. I just get lost at all the home decor, tools , storage bins, flooring and paint products they got. You name it Lowes is more likely to have it. If not they will order for you. I totally love this place.

Friendly , knowledgeable staff. I'm usually a home Depot kinda guy , but the employees helpfulness swayed me at this location.
