I was coming in to spend $1600 on a new washer and dryer set. The first day, I couldn't find any employees to help me and the page button in the appliances section doesn't work. The second day, I found someone to help and was told that the set I wanted was unavailable, which is fine, but when asked what else was in stock I was greeted with a very rude response. "I don't know, the stock rotates daily and I'm not required to memorize it!" I thought you would be able to help tell me what was in stock. After that rude response, I just left. I had other shopping to do in your store but I will no longer give this location my business.

This location is ripe with shoddy lumber and very few knowledgeable employees. There are literally only 3 people I'll talk to at Lowes anymore. One looks like Al from Home Improvement. The second is a former English professor. The last is another older fellow in paint by the name of Jim. When I get the other guys' names I'll edit this. It's a shame that most of the employees here really don't care. And whatever you do, don't place an online order. You're guaranteed to get some of the worst materials and be shorted half of your hardware. The time before last I had to return a bunch of moldy lumber that was going to be used for trim. It was completely covered and warped. This last time I thought I'd get just a few things when I passed by so I didn't have to tow the kids in. I ended up with a completely rusted drywall trowel. Got out and returned it immediately. Went to look for a replacement and they were all covered in rust and caked in dust. Really?! I come in less and less every time I need something. Menards staff isn't much better but at least they have a bigger and better selection for the most part.

Purchased a freezer last week, opened it today to install it. It was damaged and the plug in was from a foreign country. We could not use it, brought it back today only to find out that lowes will not take items back after 48 hours. Not anybody told us about it at the time of purchase 😒. If the item would have not had the wrong plug-in, I believe we would not received our refund. I spend over 3500 the prior week in there and paid with a debit card (cash) to me, I was told if I would have paid with a lowes credit card they would have given me not any trouble to refund. We have spend over 50000 in the last four years there. Don't worry we will not ever purchase any large items from your store again. We are bitterly disappointed with the disrespect shown to a very loyal customer.
