  Great customer service at this location. Very helpful staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Also, they honored the lifetime Craftsman warranty on hubby's 30 year old wrench.

  Went to customer service twice for special order pickups. Impressed both times, staff was very friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Very refreshing, I've had numerous bad experiences at other locations and businesses, this was a nice surprise.

  I come to this Lowes practically everyday. I love Lowes and I have the transaction history to prove it, but it’s much easier to just order online for pickup. The older women that work up front, not all but several seem to really hate their job. And don’t ask them to look something up or help with a price etc. they will send you back and forth from customer service desk to the register and keep telling you they can’t help, “they do that over there not here.” And after I said I wasn’t going to go back and forth again she called a younger girl (didn’t catch her name) and asked her to help me and then grumbled under her breath “give you something to do” as if SHE was working so hard. They really take away from the whole experience.
