  Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star. Last year we were given a recommendation to use Loving to have a new unit installed in our upstairs. Had a gentleman come out and attempt to give us an estimate. He went threw a couple things with us and told us he had to go back to the shop and talk to his boss about pricing and would get back to us in a couple days to give us an estimate.... well it's been a year and nothing... no email..not call.. Nothing! Unfortunately that has put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to this company. We ended up going with another local company which was very prompt and took care of us before the summer heat hit.

  Mr. Beasley, Thank you for providing the date of your appointment. With that information I was able to locate you appointment in our system and you are absolutely correct. The person we sent to your home did not create an estimate, nor follow up, for the 2nd system for you home. While the situation presented does fall in the category of something that often can not be estimated on site, we should have followed up. I deeply apologize for the experience you had with our company and I thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will address this with the employee as this is not our policy in any way shape or form. As requested I will call you tomorrow. However, please accept this public apology as the original information I was given was insufficient to pull up your account in our system. I in no way meant to imply you were lying about the situation, merely suggested the possibility of mistaken identity. Sincerely, Richard Lohr Manager Loving Air Inc. *Original Response* Good morning, after an exhaustive search, we only have two Beasley's in our system that we have serviced in any way. One we last did a repair 2018 in Gordonsville and one we did an install for April of 2021. I assume you are not the one we did the install for or have us confused with another company. If you can call us or message us and provide us with more information, maybe address we can do some more research. We use a computer based appointment tracking system that we have records going back 5 years. Our estimating software goes back one year on unsold estimates. The only Beasley in our system lives in Fredericksburg and was installed last year. So long as our internet connection is good we are able to quote almost all jobs onsite. The rare exceptions are commercial projects that we need to get an estimate from the manufacturer, some modular home systems, boilers, hot water coil systems and in rare instances ductless systems. Commercial projects may require custom built curbs. Modular home systems, boilers and hot water coil systems are provided by vendors that do not have online price and availability. Ductless systems can be configured with 1-4 heads and some times can take some calculations to figure out the proper configuration. The only other situations we can not quote on site are additions, new construction or major modifications to the system such at making a single system home into a dual system home. Obviously we are a business that needs to provide estimates to earn business. It is not in our interest or our customers not to provide an estimate. I am not sure what the situation was at your home that made it so an onsite estimate was not provided. I am sorry for the experience you had, whether it was with us or someone else.   Loving Air continues to amaze me. These people, all of them, are incredible. My father's house is in Lake of the Woods. I live in Eastern North Carolina. Dad's house needed a new heat pump. Dad was 99 and in a rehab facility. My sister lives with Dad but is of little help with this kind of thing. loving Air is the closest HVAC contractor to Dad's house so I called them. Everyone that I had contact with at Loving Air was courteous and professional. They made an inspection of Dad's system, called me with the results and sent a written quote which they honored. Loving Air installed the new system promptly. It functioned flawlessly. Loving Air kept me informed every step of the process. Loving Air returned this month to inspect the system to make sure everything was ready for Summer weather. At no charge. Loving Air more than earned these 5 stars.

  Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year, when it was in the mid 90’s. Called Loving Air in the morning and we were able to get a same day appointment. We were totally impressed by the fast response time, the professionalism and friendliness of the technician. He was able to quickly find and fix the problem with the A/C. He totally exceeded our expectations and we will definitely call Loving Air for all of our HVAC needs. I Highly recommend them. Five Stars all around.
