My experience with Five Star Heating and Cooling was just that, 5 stars! From the initial call, to the estimate, and to the installation. I knew I made a good choice with this company. Shane the lead technician, provided expertise and patience, while making a great final appearance of the product. His two helpers on the job Quinton and Eric were communicative and let me know how things progressed. I’m so happy with the systems always and I know they will hold up for decades! Thanks Five Star!

From start to finish, all involved with our gas furnace replacement were very professional, personable, and detail oriented. Gage made a great presentation and followed up during the installation to make sure everything was accomplished according to the contract. We are very happy with Loveland Heating and Air (a member of Five Star Heating and Cooling Group) and strongly recommend them for HVAC work and or replacements. We can finally put the space heaters away and get back to a normal life. We are happy campers.
