Our a/c unit was not cooling. Our neighbors told us about their positive experiences they had with LouMis Air so we called Jennifer. She sent their service tech Clinton promptly at 8:00 AM the next morning. He diagnosed the problem, told us what was needed to fix the unit and exactly how much it would cost (which was less than we expected). We told them to go ahead with the repairs. They immediately got the part that was needed and Clinton returned within the hour and proceeded to install the new part and got our unit cooling once again. We were totally satisfied with the service and the professionalism of Clinton and Jennifer. Clinton took the time to make sure the job was done right. We highly recommend LouMis Air. We will definitely call them again if we have another problem with a/c or heating.

Jennifer was outstanding with helping to set up an appointment as early as possible. She also called with updates prior to the service. Clinton was very professional and provided an on time and perfect installation. This is the second time we used LOUMIS Air and would recommend to my friends and neighbors. Thanks LOUMIS Air!!!

Loumis Air came highly recommended by Chris from Ideal Appliance in Slidell. I was in need of an ice maker repair and could not find anyone that serviced my brand. I called Loumis and spoke to owner Jennifer who said they would send someone to take a look at it even though they didnt normally repair ice makers, but they would give it a shot. Clinton the service manager came out and diagnosed and solved my problem and had my ice maker up and running in no time. He was very courteous and problem oriented and very thorough in his service. Jennifer was a pleasure to speak with and Clinton said they stand behind there work. I would use them again for all of my HVAC or refrigeration needs!
