  [EDIT] Now it's Friday and I'm editing my review and improving to 3 stars and, if things continue to go well, I'll upgrade it again. Long story short, they have been taking on so much work and don't provide reasonable expectations -- when they know it will probably take many days or weeks, it helps everyone involved to be told that instead of daily broken promises of "it'll be today".

  I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years now. They service my Air condition and have installed two water heaters in my home over the years. Their service has been top notch and professional every time, they have been quick to respond even when it was late in the day when my AC went out.. Their prices are the best I’ve seen around town and they are a family run small business so they remember who you are when there’s an issue or a service call.. As long as they are open for business they will be the only ones I call to take care of my residence...
