Last night around dinner time we noticed that water was pouring out of our hot water heater. We had never used them before but called Burner King and they responded within a half hour. We found out we needed an entire new system a new gas burner and a new water heater. To stop the leak that was causing the problem, they had to shut off the water in the system which would leave us with no heat or hot water. We are new parents with an infant daughter and new home owners, so this entire situation was extremely stressful for us. We were told the install could be done within the next 48 hours, possibly having to go 2 days with no heat or hot water with an infant and cold nights approaching. The technician that responded listened to my concerns and promised me that he would have the system installed the next day. The following morning my husband received a call first thing in the morning that the technicians would arrive in a half hour to install our new system! They did an amazing job, we're very clean and the new system is running better than it was before both our heat and hot water are operating better. Not only did they do an amazing job but we were extremely happy with their customer service from their quick response to help us to making sure we got our new system installed as soon as they could. We are so grateful for the amazing customer service they provided us

We asked multiple plumbers for quotes regarding our oil to gas conversion and ultimately went with LIBK because of the fact that they were the fastest to give us a quote and they had the most competitive price. They had charged us a fair price for the equipment and service rendered. The good: Price is extremely fair. Most of their business comes from oil to gas conversions. They do multiple per day and because of that they are very competitive with price. They must get price cuts from the suppliers for bulk buying equipment. Everything is new and there are no re-used or refurbished parts. Check the serial numbers and you'll see that they are brand new. The owner does the quotes himself and he provides it to you on the spot. Many of the plumbers need to price things out and put it all together. They also have an excellent office team who are consistently following up with National Grid and your township for permitting. Unlike most plumbers who have to get around to the administrative work. The turnaround time was incredibly quick. We had National Grid do the survey and the town do the permitting within two months. The gas line came in earlier than expected and we had LIBK install the burner within a week. We had an incredible experience with the office team. National Grid had to stop the meter installation due to an unforeseen emergency at a different house. I called LIBK and they advised us that they would keep on top of NG and ensure that they were going to finish the meter installation that night. We were able to get our meter installed and heat started, which was necessary when you consider that it was a sub 20 degree day. I have called LIBK around a dozen or so times because of one reason or another and they have always been extremely respectful and kind. Every time I spoke with them they were reassuring and helpful. The Challenges: I am not complaining but I should advise everyone who plans to go with LIBK on a few things. The heating equipment is not on the high end. It is new and it is good quality but there are more efficient units, you can check the energy guide sticker and immediately come to that conclusion. Our house is small and the heating requirements aren't extremely demanding. A more efficient unit would not have much of a benefit. If you have a larger house, ask more about the unit that they are installing and determine what is right for you. We replaced our old burner because it was 50 years old. This is still a considerable improvement and considering the cost of oil, there will be an ROI sooner than later. Another observation is that LIBK has had a mixed reputation in the past. Our NG installer was honest and he said, "In the past they weren't the best..." He commented on a few things that weren't a problem with this installation but things he had seen in the past. I asked him to review the workmanship that was completed on this job and he was incredibly complimentary. The seals are tight and the work is clean. He did comment that they have improved recently. Final observation is that the installers are technicians and not plumbers. The owner of the company is a plumber and all of the work is done under his license. The techs lead by Nestor were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They had swept the floors, moved furniture and cleaned up to the best of their ability. They did an incredible job and I was extremely happy with the result. If you would prefer to have the plumber do the actual installation, then you might have to go elsewhere. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. As always, shop around and do your research. Everyone's experience is going to be different.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD . Paid 10K FOR A OIL TO GAS CONVERSION. LEFT WATER IN THE PIPES KNOWING WE WERENT GOING TO HAVE HEAT FOR MONTHS BECAUSE PSEG HAD TO RUN THE GAS LINE TO MY HOUSE. THE WATER IN THE PIPES FROZE AND BROKE THE PIPES NOW I GOT A HUGE LEAK ALL OVER MY LIVING ROOM ROOF WHICH IS GOING TO HAVE TO BE REPLACED. YOU GUYS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE EXPERTS AT THIS BUT CANT DO SOMETHING SO SIMPLE LIKE EMPTYING OUT THE PIPES . Called them to tell them I needed someone here urgent and all I get is “we have to wait for operations manager” WORSE COMPANY EVER . Don’t waste your time or money

Hello Mr. Vasallo, We found your installation paperwork listed under a different name, Asencios. We are sorry you are so unhappy, but we did not create the problem you are having. On Oct 12, 2021 you hired us to do an oil to gas conversion in your home. We completed the conversion, filed the necessary paperwork with National Grid, and the town of Babylon and completed all the work we were responsible for. We received all the inspection approvals for the work performed. In October, National Grid contacted you and explained that you would need to pay a fee to them for your gas hookup. You spoke at length with Rolando at National Grid. He told you the cost and gave you a payment plan option. You did not make a payment and therefore did not have gas to run your heat. You waited until now to pay them. That is not our fault. I am sorry you have had pipes break. We had nothing to do with that. If you need help with your broken pipes, we would be happy to offer you a discount to do the repairs. We never want an unhappy customer. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any further help
