  They are slow, orders get stalled or lost in the parts department. I called to order critical parts for a customers chiller, called and gave them my credit card information. Waited the 2+ weeks I was told it would take, finally called back and they said they never ordered it because I didn't give them my credit card number. Now it will be another 3 weeks? Also sent email to parts department for information on heat exchanger rebuild, and finally called in and they said they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. 3 weeks, no response from them, no follow up to let me know. I tried calling their office to speak with the general manager and no one answered the phone. No reception, no help. Not the first time these things have happened. I cringe when I have a problem and have to go there.
