  I’m not one to typically leave reviews online but this was one of 3 HVAC companies that came out to look at my duct work. I knew my duct work was in need of repair because of the amount of dirt that was coming into my house. Long story short, they came out and saw that my duct work was pulling in fiberglass insulation along with the dirt into my home from the return and didn’t care to say a word to me about it. Also said I’d have a quote that afternoon cause of how urgent I told them it was but haven’t heard a word from them in 2 days. At the very least I would expect the human decency to tell me that I’m breathing fiberglass. There is no good excuse because I know they saw the return but failed to mention anything to me about the fiberglass. Very disappointed that this is what “sales” has come to.

  Russ and Jake are amazing. They respond quickly; know their stuff; and explore all the options with you. They are so fair and wonderfully pleasant. Quality work; cheerful and caring; prompt response. I’ve replaced units at two houses now and will call Them every time. They even built me an amazing deck!

  I was having trouble with my air conditioner and looking for quotes when I called Lone Mountain. Not only were they able to come out same day, they offered me the most affordable quote. I was very pleased with the technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He came back the next day with all the parts needed and had it fixed in one day and I haven’t had any problems since. I highly recommend Lone Mountain to anyone looking for HVAC work.
