  My 30+ year old furnace broke on New Years Eve of all days, and Mark came right out that day and determined that it would be extremely hard to find the part needed in any reasonable time and was willing to put in a new furnace that night! But nothing was open to even get the furnace, so we had to wait until Monday morning and he was out first thing and I had heat within three hours. He and his assistant Cody (I think?) were very professional and kind. I would 100% recommended them and I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you!!!

  Mr. London replaced my AC unit at my condo. It was a easy job. On time, very sincere, friendly, & lots of quality experience. YOU really don't see such great servce these days with all the competition around. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. You will be in great, honest care. Thank you again Mr. London!

  We highly recommend London Heating and Cooling. Our furnace bit the dust and our A/C was on its way out as well. Mark came out so quickly to give an estimate and got us on the schedule to have a complete new system installed within a few days. Mark is a total professional. He and his assistant were in and out in less than 3 hours, everything is working perfectly and the unit looks nice. I truly appreciated how he cleaned up the worksite and arranged for the old equipment to be hauled away. The best part is he did all this at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Mark!
