Need to be looking into Springfield location we'll never go back my first and only experience. Call 1 1/2 hr before they closed let them know what I needed to get my cooler back going so I wouldn't lose over $4000 in goods and let them know I would be there there just a couple min before they would be closing and driving 1hr 20min walk on 11:58 sorry already closed draw down can't do nothing for you. Is what I was told I ask them if they were really going to turn down sailing 1 item that's going to cost me $500. Sorry should have been here earlier.

Had some business to deal with and was quickly brought to the right department. Then had great service with those I had dealings with.

They unloaded a full semi load pretty quick (45mins). Can park in driveway after hours to sleep if you have a morning delivery, but be advised you will have to move at 5am to a dock, so plan accordingly.

They get you in and off loaded very fast.
People I delt with were polite professional and on task.
I hope to get more loads into this facility in the future .

Anytime a Locke Supply store doesn't have something we need and it is easier to have something shipped to this Distribution Center because it's on the way to a service call that is what we do. However sometimes the store we normally use is sold out of something or they don't have enough (such as a hundred filters of different sizes like we need to get twice a year for one place) the warehouse usually has it and it would be faster to go here than wait for the part to be delivered. Meanwhile the customer would be uncomfortable.
The staff here is friendly and willing to help. They're all very well organized.

DRIVERS

Make sure you go off the service road (don’t merge on 35N though) next to 35 N at the fork / stop sign turn right on 82nd street

If you are hauling pipe go right at the guard shack miscellaneous load go straight at the guard shack. check in with workers between door 9 and 10. For miscellaneous loads. Not sure about pipe for check in.

As an otr I will say that u can park on street before gate. They will come to your truck at 5:30 am to get you. Guys are very nice and accommodating.

Every time I go in here the Woman in the office side I’m not sure which one but she’s straight behind the counter for guests is always rude and hateful and acts like she’s hates her job! I do a lot of business here and she needs an attitude adjustment. She’s the white pale woman.

Locke supply is a great work place with with great  Benefits. The merchandise is a little pricey but well worth the money . Overall 5 stars.

Just dropping off a load , friendly staff, got unloaded un less than 30 minutes 👍
