Been in here several times the past couple years and same experience every time. Incredibly rude and demeaning staff. Place is unorganized and nothing is labeled (same with all lockes that’s not technically this locations mistake). I grabbed some ducting in a box because it just looked like they hadn’t stocked it on the shelf yet and when I went to check out I got in trouble because that was another customer’s order. Why are they storing people’s orders on the sales floor? And then treating their customers rude for their own mistake? Save your money and your peace of mind and go to Lowe’s. This place is definitely geared toward contractors they can be buddies with so they need to close it to the public. Everyone at Lowe’s was awesome to me day one before they knew I flipped houses and would be a customer that spent a lot of money with them. On top of everything lockes prices are so overpriced that’s a good enough reason to never come here.

I have gone into this store only when I have to there are 2 different departments one side is the electric which is the problem the employees on that side are so rude and Demeaning they treat their customers like they are dirt. The man on that side is so degrading u almost hate yourself when you leave there. Now the other side the plumbing side are great friendly helpful always with a smile we cut up laughed.they need to fire everyone over on the electric side. And get people in there that want to be there and enjoy their jobs the 3 stars are all for the plumbing side

I walked into this store and was met by a nice woman and a very rude man. Apparently, there are different departments within this store and they do not communicate between one another, nor do they help customers know where to go. I was in the wrong department. The larger rude man was awful. Once I got over to the heat and air department, David was a joy. All their employees should take note of his enthusiasm and attitude. Still not redeemed from the rude guy though. I don’t know why anyone would ever go to this awful place. No wonder people shop online these days.
