  We were very happy from start to finish with the customer service and installation of our unit. I highly recommend them .

  Waste of time and energy. Call got Thursday appointment. Failed to show. Promised Friday again no show. 5 days to finally show. Disabled unit and left. Next day failed to show. After one week still not arriving for service. Stay away from LOCAL A.C. and Eric. If Mr Ceaser answers phone....run away quickly
