Have used Lobo Tech twice. The first experience was ok (though one of the repairs they said was completed, leaking valve, was not completed) but the second experience (after two missed appointments) was horrible. Net:net they do OK work but will take advantage by charging for obvious mistakes (had to make two parts runs for a two part job) and excessive errand time (2.5 hours). Very unprofessional.

We needed immediate attention for a problem with our toilet and septic tank plumbing and within a couple of hours, we received rapid, excellent service from Brianna. The dispatcher also called me back immediately when locating an available plumber. All around - EXCELLENT service! Will definitely rely on Lobo Tech again (hopefully not too soon, though...)!
Response from the owner
Thank you Lee! We truly appreciate your kind words.

Referral Warning - Lobotech Plumbing. Unfortunate experience with this company this week. They originally installed a boiler last year and it was time for an annual inspection. They missed two scheduled appointments and late for the third. Expressed my frustration with the inconvenience to the service technician who became argumentative and called me an "#$$"!! My understanding is that they are having staffing issues. However, that doesn't excuse poor customer service. Paid $103 for a five minute inspection and subjected to a circular argument. Beware! I WOULD recommend Glorieta Creek Mechanical and will use them exclusively going forward.
Response from the owner
We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with Lobo Tech. We strive to provide the best customer service that we can so that our customers are happy and call us back. Our records indicate that our office staff re-scheduled one appointment due to an emergency gas leak. The second appointment was scheduled from 3:00-5:00 and you contacted our office at around 10:00am and expressed that you had to leave by a specific time and expressed doubt that we would be there and finished timely. We provide a window of time for an appointment to allow for some jobs that my run longer than expected, therefore, we could not guarantee the exact time our technician would arrive. Because of this you asked to reschedule. We understand your frustration and the need to express it, however, our technician, a 5'3" female should not have been yelled at and talked down to by you, a 6'5"ish male. This is very intimidating, and rather frightening. Unfortunately, you have also, with previous work, expressed doubt with our female technician's ability to perform the work that you needed, which she does very well. We appreciate your business to this point and wish you all the best with your new plumbing company.
