I just had a Carrier heat pump installed in my home. Donny came out and gave me a very very fair price, no "Lake Effect" blown up pricing I have gotten from others. I added a few more options and again, fair pricing. They had the unit and was able to start within a few weeks. The techs came out, respected my space and laid our cloth runners, removed my old system, installed the new one and even went a few steps above to make the install clean and nice. It is GREAT to find a local, HVAC company that values the customer and doesn't feel the need to just completely rip people off with inflated prices.

I am reluctantly resorting to this negative review after 3 months and 6 phone calls worth of trying to get in touch with someone about errors made when Lloyd's worked at my property. We bought our home around April of 2021, and Lloyd's performed a full check on our HVAC as required in our contract, with repairs to be paid for by the seller. They reported that the heat and AC were working fine. The AC was working fine. In November colder temperatures set in and we turned the heat on for the first time. Immediately we noticed the furnace was not effective. We called a different company for an inspection, and within 10 minutes the service worker had identified the issue. Our thermostat and HVAC were improperly wired so that any time the heat was turned on, the AC would run too. The repair, which should have been identified upon Lloyds's initial inspection, and paid for by the seller, cost me $400. The serviceman stated with 100% certainty that this was missed by whoever performed the inspection during move in. I began calling Lloyds's in November of 2021. I have called 5 times since, and each time I am told by the secretary that someone from management will reach out to me. The reception staff are very kind and I have no quarrel with this business aside from this situation. I am not sure what else to do at this point. I am more than happy to remove this review and post if someone from Lloyd's contacts me. Mistakes happen and all I want is for this to be addressed professionally.

I had a Unit replaced and I had to leave the key for them as I was working. Have worked with them this way many of times and no issues. Last week, I got home and the house key was STILL IN THE UNLOCKED DOOR! Every light in my house was on.
