  Mr. Lloyd was on vacation when my husband called to have our system serviced. When he returned he promptly sent a technician over to do the work. The young technician and my husband were speaking with each other as if they had known each other for years although they had just met. The technician was very friendly and efficient. He did not stop working to chit chat with my talkative husband. He cleaned up his area and ensured everything was intact before he left. I’d highly recommend Lloyd‘s for all of your HVAC needs. He and his employees are professionals and conduct themselves as such. His prices are very reasonable and will not break the bank.

  Called this company for maintenance, owner answered; explained he was on vacation and would make contact when he returns. Which he did. He promptly sent a technician out, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. An after service contact call was made by the owner to explain why he personally could not do the service himself. This is Exceptional Customer Service. If you need Great heating and air conditioning service; at a very reasonable price, call LLOYDS HEATING and AIR.
