  Whole house A/C unit when out. Called Mr. Lloyd's office and found he was on a service call, the office said they would contact him. Within 10 minutes he called. To make a long story short he spent more than 3 hours on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot the unit (at no charge). Unfortunately I did not have the correct equipment to check everything. He rearranged his schedule for the next morning and arrived at exactly the time he promised. The unit was quickly repaired and Mr. Lloyd has one more fan!.

  If I could give this company zero stars I would. He supposedly fix my grandmother heating system , however the day after him completing the job the heat went back out. My grandmother tried for about two weeks to get him to come out and re fix the heating system , sometimes he wouldn’t answer other times he would say he was coming and never showed up and didn’t even call my grandmother to let her know he’s not coming and his reasoning why. The day he did show up, he was about four hours late and we told him we do not need his services anymore. If you value your time and your money as well as excellent customer service do NOT give this company ANY of you money.

  Very poor new system installlation.... had to reinstall most duct work after it fell down... Had to have foundation repaired after damage caused by Lloyd's poor system install. They promise anything but deliver very little. Very nice people ... but buyer beware.
