  The Little Heat and Little Air was assigned by my warranty company. The owner assigned an inexperienced technician to fix the AC but the technician did not have the skills to fix the problem. When I told the owner that I was not able to reach out the technician after sending multiple texts and made several calls and asked for help. The owner simply told me to contact the technician again and did not provide any help. The technician took our parts away but never return them back to house. I had to call my warranty company to reassign another AC company to repair the AC. Little Heat and Little Air made a poor service experience for us and I am sorry.

  I'm 99% positive these are the guys that came in from out of town on a warranty job. It was Little's for sure a few hours from here. They did replace the unit, fine, but they said our warranty wouldn't cover any of the details at all. They wanted a crazy amount of money. We declined, knowing our warranty co would have covered it all but they didn't try at all. It's been a few years now, already had it worked on twice and getting ready to get another company to fix the flex hoses. They were a few hours away and mad about that. Personally, with my and my wife's opinion is they don't do warranty work worth a darn. Even if it's covered, they want cash then. Refused to use them after they did what they did plus how poor the work was. The unit was way unlevel in every way. 0 Stars......

  I have Choice Home Warranty, something we bought when we got our new home because my husband is severely disabled and we live on a very fixed income. I was in the hospital with Covid when my child called to tell me the AC unit upstairs was not working. It was 81 in her room. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and these guys were sent out. First, they asked for payment prior to showing up at house. I thought that weird, but went ahead and did it. Then the owner didn't come, it was a tech who I have no idea if is licensed or not. He called me and said the coils were filthy and that it was NOT covered per my home warranty and that he would fix it. THEN I find out after it was done it would cost us $120. I paid that with the LAST of our savings. Now, today, teh AC is still broken, I am in quarantine from Covid until Sept. 8, and the home warranty company wants to keep sending these guys out here. NOTHANKS!
