We used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing aka Lion Home Service to replace our main sewer line. It was a bad and costly experience. It took them almost 3 months to get it done right. We were repeatedly ghosted by their project managers, and there were several. They cut our front electrical line and blamed it on another contractor and they also cut our sprinkler system line and blamed another contractor. I took many photos of the project in process so I have the proof. The original job was done incorrectly so they had to come back to correct their mistakes. They corrected the most obvious mistake but still disregarded the other issues we will be forced to spend more money to correct ourselves. This was a $34,000+ job and we were lead to believe we had to sign the finance agreement before they started. It was a cluster of no communication, and us in the dark. TJ Garcia was excellent he was professional and knowledgeable. We had plumbing issues so Benjamin Franklin plumbing is who ended up coming out because of our arrangement with lions.... It took us a week to get somebody to come out to our house to do some plumbing work because we had a leak under our sink after a freeze.... The only thing I would change about this company is the office staff being more professional and communicating More accurate times so people don't have to take 3 full days off of work waiting for plumbers to show up. It's somewhat understandable due to the time of year. obviously prioritizing larger issues than ours but the technician that came out made the wait worth it. I just hope that if we have plumbing issues again in the future we have the same technician he was just so polite I feel like the work he did was good quality and he communicated the entire way through the process with us... The interaction with him is enough to make me recommend this company. They are lucky to have him as one of their plumbers!!

Lion home service is an absolute joke. They came out three times to fix our furnace, charging $791 to replace parts that did not need replacing and to clean what did not need to be cleaned. By the end, our furnace was still not functioning. Called another company out and within 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed- the condensation system was the problem, not even the furnace. At one point Lion even told us that the wind was blowing our flame out. We have dealt with weekly wind for 3 years with no issue. The serviceman who ultimately fixed our system charge a whopping $170. Lion essentially robbed us for $800. When I called to request to speak with someone regarding what had happened they were rude and we have not as of yet received a penny in refund. I would suggest doing some research on how many times this company has switched names to protect its review history. This would be about the first review I have ever left for a service company, but the experience was so flagrant I figured it was necessary to warn anyone considering them. If you are a Lion home service representative and attempt to delete this review I will warn you that I have a screen shot of these words, records of the work done, and have organized the proper documentation to challenge your company in small claims court. Warmly, a satisfied customer.
