  We decided to convert our boiler and hot water heater to propane after our underground oil tank failed. Checked with at least 1/2 dozen plumbing companies - only a few, including Lincoln, gave us an estimate after visiting our home - the rest didn’t even respond to my followup query. Lincoln’s quote seemed fairly priced in comparison. Despite Covid impacting the nation’s materials supply line, our equipment eventually arrived, and we were put on the work schedule in a timely manner. The install took longer than expected, but Lincoln rearranged schedules so the job was completed without interruption. The install looks spectacular - almost like a mechanical work of art! David, Justin, Chris, Ryan and other helpers all were extremely professional and enjoyable to do business with. in our opinion, Lincoln’s motto - “Make Every Penny Count” seems appropriate and we were provided with a great 100% satisfaction guarantee certificate.

  5 Star Customer service!!! Ryan, the installer, was prompt, professional, efficient, worked neatly leaving the area clean, and was very friendly and positive. He was super:)! Kelly, who came out to evaluate my need and sent me a quote was absolutely great as well. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and positive. I am so pleased with Chelsea who received my call to schedule and her communication is thorough. This company is impressive and understands what customer service is all about!!!

  Had an awesome experience with Lincoln, we had the pleasure of working with Dani the office manager to get an emergency fix on our water heater. She was able to work with the service team to get someone out for a same day service. When Jeremy came out he was quick, professional, and very honest. He answered all our questions and gave us options on how to keep costs low. All in all both Dani and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with and had great rapport.
