Great customer service and timely communication. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and were very professional. We used our home warranty which can add time to the process, but they were very fast and were able to order the part and install it the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Today the checked everything and fixed a couple of Zones not responding correctly. Testing discovered it was a couple of wires that were switched. All working well now. Thanks guys!!! Our 25 year old plenum box in the attic had seen better days as it was partially blown out and leaking into the attic as well as the damper connects for our 5 zone a/c system had the dampers installed backwards so the air flow was being inadvertently impeded during the open phases as well as installation resulted in multiple leaks. Lightning Mechanical fixed the leaks and reinstalled dampers. We are very happy with their work.

This level of service is second to none. I’ll never use anyone else. The customer service was excellent. All levels of the staff were: very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. If a problem can up a solution was made very quickly. No additional services you didn’t want were added in. Nor pushed. No one wanted to be up sold on things you don’t want. Another words no pressure. But if you want extras they have them. My experience was amazing. They came early and left late making sure everything was perfect. A rare level of professionalism you cannot find in many companies.
