  Brandon and Tony came out to do maintenance on our heat pump and furnace this morning. Brandon called to let me know when they were on their way. They were very polite, friendly, conversational and professional. They seemed like really great guys and they knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions thoroughly. I would feel comfortable having them in my house again to do service on our system and will likely schedule duct cleaning in the near future. The lifetime office staff was also great- prompt with text messaging and friendly on the phone. The communication with them was thorough, letting us know when the appointment was scheduled, follow up, and reminders prior to, and when the crew was on their way.

  This company knows what they are doing from start to finish - very impressed! They not only have excellent customer service, they are incredibly responsive, professional, speedy in their work, knowledgeable, and fairly priced! Their staff was also very tidy as well as friendly. They followed appropriate COVID-19 protocols, too. Additionally, I was very impressed with their communication (they email, text, and call to remind you of your appointments AND when they are en route - this was incredibly helpful since I work from home) as well as their streamlined process for billing and invoicing. I highly recommend this company - they came out to my house within 24 hours when I had a fairly urgent matter with heating in our house - part of the wiring to our furnace burned and was smoking. Overall, 5 stars and some! My experience was thoroughly positive - great company :D!

  Kyle & Beau, the ductless AC installers and Nick the electrician did a fantastic job at our floating home on Lake Union. The were very efficient at getting the job done quickly an done well. They were extremely polite and helpful. Also did job without making a mess and left our home completely clean. A really great job overall. Thanks to the entire Lifetime crew and office staff.
