  Bottom of unit was constantly covered with water due to blocked drain. This caused a mildew smell in the house when the unit turned on. Work was done quickly and professionally once the appointment was made. That is my only issue. Called and they said they would call me back to make the appointment. Never got a call back so had to call them a second time.

  My experience over all with License To Chill was been wonderful. The office staff is cordial and helpful. We signed up for a Maintenance plan when we had our AC unit serviced and checked out. Our service tech was Oscar. Oscar was awesome, professional and knowledgeable. He caught three things that were wrong, broken, or needed attention to. They were all relatively minor but when combined they were creating a big issue. When I had others out doing service checks, these things were never addressed. From now on when I schedule a service or maintenance checkup on my AC, I will specifically call License To Chill, and request Oscar. I know things will be done right. Very happy customer right now.

  My friend highly recommended this AC company. The owner Terry came over and gave me a honest evaluation of my current 15 years old Trane XL19i system. Once I spoken to him for 15 min i can feel it this is a good company to use. In turned out he also servicing over 5-6 persons in the hospital that I work for. He told me my AC still has some life left and no need to rush out get a new system. He recommended me to sign up the biannual maintenance plan which I did. Today Michael came over and serviced my system. He was very polite and professional. He explained in detail what he is going to do. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this company.
