  The guy came check the unit, he said that the whole unit needed to be replaced. The insurance wanted to know how much will be to get the unit repaired instead of replaced, so I called them to get that answer and if they would talk to the insurance company. The easy answer was just to get someone else that their technician don't know what to fix. They left me hanging, no other option than paying over 5,000 on replacing the whole house system for a new one.

  After going with another AC company, and getting less than desired results, I called Liberty at 1 in the morning left contact info. Was contacted in the the next morning at 830. They had a technician out by 1000. Tech was friendly, and Jo was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. To top it all off, they offered to expedite shipment of the parts (which the other company didn't do) and to have them installed first thing the next morning. Outstanding service, outstanding information, and prompt response and service. Highly recommend.

  I am so glad that I found Liberty Heating and Air Conditioning. Their technicians were so great. They were very responsive and helpful. They did a wonderful job cleaning our furnace! I highly recommend them to my friends and relatives.
