Can't say enough how much I appreciate when a company stays true to there word! The guys came out and found the problem and did a great job fixing it and making sure the repair would withstand the test of time as best as anyone can expect. Saved us a ton of money with their ability to repair the problem some other companies may have tried to repair a different more costly way. Thank you so much Chris for you and your technicians helping my family!

Lewis & sons is the worst and most irresponsible HVAC company in Wilmington, NC. My heater broke a month ago and didn't have the funds to fix it until 2 weeks ago. I called them and within 30 minutes James shows up to diagnose the problem, he said it was the blower motor and I paid for that diagnostic. A day later I got the money for the repair and called Chris and asked him to order part which should take a couple days to arrive. I explained him that it was really cold and my family and I were freezing. 4 days passed by and didn't hear back from Chris. I called him in the morning to ask him to status of my heater repair, he said he didn't know if they order the part and was going to check and call me back which didn't happen. I called him and texted him a couple days later but he didn't answer. I kept calling him 2 more days and no answer. Chris is the most irresponsible person I know; he doesn't care about anything or customers and just made me waste 2 weeks waiting on him. He doesn't have the decency to answer phone or texts to say doesn't want to fix my heater or that $275 for a 15 minutes pump motor exchange is to little money for him. I gave them 1 start because James the technician is a great person unlike Chris. Do yourself a favor and avoid Lewis & sons and get a honest and reputable company. Can't believe how this horrible company is still in business, probably that's why they only have about a dozen reviews on the many years around.
