  I needed my furnace looked at as it was not igniting at my summer cottage. I wasn't in a rush so I contacted Jamie at Lewis Brothers and she explained that they were very busy but will get me on the schedule as soon as possible. The service technician actually called me within 4 hours and scheduled my repair. It was fixed that day. Great customer service.

  Mike is incredibly helpful and is always able to make it out within 24 hours. Not only that, but they have also been very understanding with my billing as I had a ton of repairs done early in the year and cannot make the full payments in the summer because of how much my business slows down. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. Huge shout out to Jamie in the office, thanks for being so understanding!

  The fan went out on my furnace on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning my son called Lewis Bros to see if they had a motor. The guys had us come to the shop. He found one that would work so I could have heat . He said he would see on Monday about ordering the right motor for my furnace. He wasnt worried about us paying he just wanted to get me some heat. I and very impressed with this company. Thank you Lewis Bros
