  I had an incredible experience with Levy & Son. Tyler and Cameron were the assigned technicians for the repair I was in need of and I Can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and overall work/service to meet my repair needs. Not only did they complete the job in a thorough and efficient manner, but were also extremely pleasant to have working within my household and very knowledgeable and informative of the work needing to be completed for my particular issue/repair at hand. It was evident there was genuine care for my concerns, questions and repair needed at the time. I felt safe and comfortable while they were working to fix a gas line/gas leak of mine which already raises enough concern. I also appreciated the phone calls by the company’s receptionist who kept me informed and updated on the technicians arrival(ETA) on the scheduled date of service—extremely helpful for those who have a busy work schedule and having to adjust.   Technicians were very professional and courteous. The installation process and timeline were followed and kept as shared up front. I have used Levy and Sons for years for all my AC/Heating requirements. Service Maintenance calls to installations of new systems have always been first rate. The value of the service provided is excellent.

  My family and I just moved into our first house and our AC unit was not working . Quincey Wesley (comfort advisor) and Brad (technician) offered us multiple solutions. Our units are older and instead of them pressuring us into replacing the units like other companies suggested, they recommended that we did the repairs ($350) to keep the units running for the time being since the repairs aren’t too expensive . When it’s time to replace our units , we are definitely going to call and request this crew! Very personable and respectful
