  Jay is very prompt and responsive when communicating. He was quickly able to accommodate a visit to our home, even on short notice and during their busiest season of the year, summer. He is very friendly and thorough with explanations. He went above and beyond to eradicate our problem immediately! Receipt upon completion and process of payment was fast, detailed, and easily accessible electronically. He even followed up to ensure our satisfaction regarding the services he provided. I cannot rave about this experience enough! We will definitely only use Leonard and Son Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs going forward, and I recommend you do the same!

  Excellent Service! Extremely Knowledgeable! Jay discussed with me in detail what he was going to do, the new pipes and why the new pipes were needed. Explained the new pieces for the heating and why they were needed! I would recommend This company! I am updating this review, because of the after installed service. I called and texted for this company to come out and check on the system and never received call/text or visit back. I had to go back to my original company. I have also referred this company to friends and they never showed to even provide a quote.
