Wish I could give them a zero. Worst customer services I've had in years. Tried making an appointment for service and the guy on the phone could have cared less. If you're going to be that rude why even come into work.

Horrible service. I ordered a $2600 Leer cap from these guys.  When i picked up my truck I took it upon myself to climb inside the bed and make sure everything looked ok. It was immediately obvious that the interior window screens were badly damaged. There is absolutely no way they didn't know about it but they didn't say a word until i pointed it out. After several trips, several phone calls(one to Leer themselves) and more than 2 months, i got a call saying that my new screens were in stock. When i politely asked if they would just drop them off at my shop on the other side of town they refused and said i had to come to them.  I'll never understand how guys like this stay in business. DO NOT do business with them.

This is not our standard practice.  We would like the opportunity to work with you to make the situation right for you!
