  The staff at Lennox hasn’t always been very helpful, but they have really improved. The female manager regularly goes above and beyond for me and my guys.

  Not very happy with the Baton Rouge location. Came in to warranty some parts. Instead, they sold me new board and thermostat without mention of needing claim numbers. Didn't warranty the thermostat and didn't even mention that it could have been a possibility. Not to mention rude and very inhospitable location.

  Very nice place to get Lennox supplies. However some parts run generally higher than most.
