  The community is at a great disadvantage when it comes to any HVAC services. Basically the store will not sell to residential and will not even give you a price of what they are selling their products. Only commercial companies like Dent, Comfort Tech, Etc.. are aloud to get prices. So us the consumer hires a contractor to replace for example an evaporator coil. The contractor can tell us it's 700 dollars but it could only cost 400 dollars but we will never know because these companies make deals only with the commercial companies. Why as a customer I can't have the price so I can know that my contractor is not ripping us off?

  Gary is the most disrespectful person at Lennox he have my husband working on his brakes unpaid time and he curses at the customers very rude and unprofessional he does not deserve that job that’s why the sells are so low
