  Jesse and his crew have done several jobs for us over the past few years. We had a metal roof installed by the Amish several years ago and had nothing but problems with it. Unfortunately, that contractor was no longer in business and wasn't insured, so we were stuck. We called Jesse and he came to look at our house within a few days. He was able to tell us right away what the problems were. He tried a few different things that were inexpensive but eventually there was no other choice but to replace the roof. The proper steps were taken and now we have a much better product, it looks great, and most importantly has no leaks. Other jobs we've had Jesse fix at our house have been completed in a timely manner. If there was a delay, he did his best to keep us in the loop. He is honest and upfront with the cost and is also very professional. We will continue to use Jesse as our contractor and have recommended him to others.

  We have hired Lennox Contracting for a few different jobs: roofing, painting, floor repairs, and installing washer and dryer hook ups. We have been happy with their work evertime! Professional and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be using them again!

  Price increased significantly from the quote to when he showed up. Work that was complete looked fine but did not complete the job and left. They have been paid in full and it has been two month of me trying to get them back to complete and still nothing. Would not recommend to anyone!! I am unable to respond to the Owners comments but please take my word and stay away! I brought out a second siding contractor to do my soffit/facia and he told me so many ways he could have do the siding better/cheaper and faster. Additional he told me the way my garage was left was a joke, Jesse tried blaming it on my garage door installed but the second siding contractor I brought out said 100% Lennox should have done the work. Stay away from these guys.

  The original blue prints on your new construction that was being built had an exterior wall of 7’5” high around the home. I was hired to only install vinyl siding. When we got to the job the house was much larger than the blue prints and the exterior walls were 11’11” high. So that changed the quote significantly. Then the customer changed the siding from regular horizontal to board and batten vertical. Another price change. We also had to finish the shingles on all 5 gable ends and wrap 4 pipes with new boots that the company who installed the shingles didn’t finish. Another change. So to say there were some changes from the original contract is an understatement. Now we have to go and finish your garage doors because the installers did not put any trim around your doors. In conclusion , I feel like the company out of the 4 that got taken advantage of, but either way we always make sure our work is complete even if it is not in the customers budget. New customers going forward can have the print out of pictures and work completed if needed. Thanks and have a great day!
