  I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Marcel. I had been, unsuccessfully, trying to figure out how to navigate the Lemay-Waste Connections website to locate a receipt. When I called, I was feeling irritable, although that may or may not have been apparent. However, Marcel was very professional, gave me all of our account numbers and helped me to add them into our online profile so I can monitor the status of each one. I'm not sure how I avoided figuring this out for so long. lol I don't know, like 2 years! Marcel, I am grateful for your patience and understanding as I stumbled through. Thank you!
